Shipping Address
All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate; we cannot be held responsible for address errors.

Printed Products & Merchandise (Print-on-demand)
Our printed items (via Printful, Art of Where, or other partner suppliers) are made to order.

• Production time: please allow 2 to 14 business days before shipping.

• Standard shipping is applied by default, unless a faster (or slower) option is selected at checkout.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Original Creations
Original artworks shipped from Québec leave our studio in a condition deemed suitable for sale. Photographic evidence is taken before each shipment.

General Conditions

• Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc.).

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

• We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier. However, in the event of a significant issue, please contact us so we can assist you in opening a claim with the supplier or carrier.
