Digital Products
No refunds are available for digital products.

Printed Products & Merchandise
Our printed items (e.g., via Printful or Art of Where) are made to order.

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

  • In all cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at chantal@chantalmusique.ca. We will provide the appropriate return instructions depending on the supplier.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original Artwork & Handmade Creations
Each piece is unique, therefore no exchanges, refunds, or reproductions are possible. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

General Conditions

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale or promotional items are final sale.

  • For artwork valued at over $100, returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days after inspection.
