Terms of Service

By accessing our online store (ChantalMusique.ca) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Production Times

  • Printed and personalized products (print-on-demand): please allow 2 to 14 business days for production, in addition to shipping times.

  • Original creations: shipped from Québec, with photographic proof of their condition prior to dispatch.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping fees.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase through the secure options available at checkout (credit cards, PayPal, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time without prior notice.

Sales Taxes

  • Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable sales taxes (GST/QST).

  • No Canadian sales tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Canada, but customs duties or import fees may apply, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (images, artworks, text, logos, videos, etc.) is the property of Productions Never Give Up inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

  • Any reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright, which remains the property of the artist.

Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete at all times.

  • We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Use of the site after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
